The information below describes how we're setting up "The History Fund" so we can target projects globally to purchase, rehab and restore.... and then share with Donors, Members, Sponsors
and the public.

If we work together as a team... if we work smarter not harder...
then we can "pool" our funds and expertise and restore our
cultural heritage globally before they fade into memory!
We CANNOT let our beautiful and unique buildings
globally disappear.
We owe it to all the artisans and owners of the past.
We owe it to all of the citizens now alive.
And we owe it to all future generations.
Step I.
Raise Funds From Donors, Members And Sponsors
Specific Benefits Will Be Offered To Each Group
Contingent Upon The Donation Amount.
We'll share information regarding "The History Fund" on all social media including videos on YouTube and this website.
We'll send out press releases to as many organizations as possible globally.

Step II.
Purchase Specific Projects That Would Be A Good Match For "The History Fund"
Most projects that we "target" will be kept confidential at this point in time so we can purchase at the lowest possible price.
Other more prominent and important projects will be disclosed on this website.

Step III.
Implement Rehab And Restoration Programs To Bring The Projects Back To Life So All Can Benefit
Depending on the project, we'll invite the local community and government to give feedback, along with local restoration specialists.
A team of construction experts in each country will be hired to work on our unique projects.
They will be instructed to work as fast as possible as long as all safety and quality guidelines are adhered to. Our objective is to rehab and restore each project within a certain budget and time frame so all donors, members, sponsors and the general public can enjoy the landmark building and estate again.

Step IV.
Implement Grand Openings & Festivities & Use An Online Reservation System For All To Enjoy
All donors, sponsors and members, along with specific members of the general public, will be invited to specific grand-openings, events, celebrations, festivities etc.
The general public will be invited to visit our projects on certain days days of the week and for certain events.
Local communities surrounding each project will be invited to participate in a wide variety of ways.

Step V.
Implement Special Membership Programs For Those People, Organizations & Corporations Who Make The Largest Financial Commitments
Every dollar donated by all participants is critical to our success in purchasing, rehabbing, restoring, managing and maintaining the beautiful buildings and projects that we want to save.
Depending on "how" you participate, there will be a hierarchy of "perks", a.k.a. benefits, that each participant will receive.
Our vision is to save as many buildings and projects as we can, as fast as we can, so everyone can enjoy them into the future.
